Attitude of Gratitude

Let’s make today a day of gratitude. Too often life passes
us by and we forget to stop and reflect on all the things that we are grateful
for. There’s much to be grateful for today. Gratitude adds positive energy not
only to your life, but also to those around you. Take a moment to release your
attitude of gratitude to the Universe.

Today, I am grateful for waking up this morning. I am
grateful for life. I am grateful for the air that allows my breath to flow so
effortlessly in and out of my lungs. I am grateful for the abilities of my
limbs and senses. I am grateful for housing. I am grateful for warmth. I am
grateful for sunshine. I am grateful for health. I am grateful for wellness. I
am grateful for my family and friends.

I am grateful for peace. I am grateful for truth. I am
grateful for love. I am grateful for hope. I am grateful for faith. I am
grateful for music. I am grateful for dancing. I am grateful for silence. I am
grateful for words. I am grateful for choice. I am grateful for laughter. I am
grateful for encouragement. I am grateful for accountability. I am grateful for
kindness. I am grateful for change. I am grateful for freedom.

The list of things that we can be grateful for is endless.
If there is anything that you are grateful for that I have not mentioned,
release it to the Universe. Having an attitude of gratitude will spread to
others and you will experience an immense amount of joy and love. Share your
